*SPOED* Blue

Hi, it is with great regret and sadness that I must find a new loving home for my dog (Blue). He is an American Staffordshire bull terrier, male, 6 years old and around 45-50kg. He is great with people and female dogs. He has developed epilepsy in the last 4 months and unfortunately due to a change in my relationship status I have had to stay at home with him more which has affected my employment status. I truly hope you can help. This situation has escalated to the point there's a great chance I'm losing my house in the next week or 2 and as you can imagine the stress and strain tgis is putting on Blue .

Blues epilepsy can be managed with medication, we have just increased it to 3 pills a day as his body was getting immune to the pills and he had a bit of a bad week this week. 7 seizures on tues and 2 on thurs. when he has a seizure there is not much you can do except to clear any obstructions around him, they can last up to 2 min and he can lose the ability to control his bodily functions. when he does come around it can take a couple of min before he realises who and where he is.. i've been told by the vet that with the right dosage of medication the epilepsy can be managed. the medication costs about 60 euros per month.
